This represents the % of JCMHC adult clients receiving community-based services recorded monthly on Client Status Reports (CSR’s) who were working competitively during that month. Annual percentage reflects an average of monthly reported data.
Competitive employment data reflects the importance of work in one’s overall mental health recovery, improves financial stability, gives a sense of purpose, and offers increased opportunities for social support. It is a State of Kansas measure for MHC’s and directly supports our overall Mission in Client success.
